Eyeliner can make even the smallest eyes appear larger. Eyeliner makes your eyes pop out by defining them and accentuate their shape. Many women feel it much difficult to apply eyeliner themselves, many complain about its imperfection.

Before talking about the techniques first of all I want to explain the types of eyeliner usually women use to lineup their eyes. Usually women use to lineup their eyes.

1. Eye pencil
2. Gel Liner
3. Liquid Eyeliner

Eye Pencil:
Eye pencils are commonly use to apply eye line its cheap and very easy to apply even for beginners. When you are going to buy eye pencil just keep two things in your mind that are it should be very creamy and smooth to apply because your eye lids are very sensitive so be careful about it.

Gel Liner:
Gel liner that is available in many colors as and these are also very creamy and easy to apply with little practice. When you want to apply this kind of eyeliner you should a brush with pointed tip and start applying in short strokes from external to internal side of the eyelid.

Liquid Eyeliner:
These kinds of eyeliner are available in many colors and in addition with glitter to create shimmery look. While applying this kind of eyeliner you should practice a lot as these are liquid and when it dry it set and difficult to remove. Use the kind of eyeliner that have the pointed tips applicator, these are better then the brushes so that prevent to spread of liner away from line. Start from the middle of the eyelid and apply it by draw line in very little strokes just up the eyelashes.

The first step to applying eyeliner is to choose the eyeliner product that is right for you.

Rest the elbow of your dominant arm on a hard surface and rest your wrist on your face.

First things you should do before applying your eyeliner e sharpening it before you start using it.

If you wan to have a more smooth and smudgy look you can use a fingertip to make the point of the pencil a bit rounder.

After that you have to make a line just above the lashes on your eyelid. While you are doing this you can look downwards with your eyes.

If you are using liquid liner, allow it to dry before opening your eyes all the way or the color may transfer into the crease of your eye.

After applying eyeliner to your top eyelid, repeat the process for the bottom of your eye. Make the line in the same way, tightening the skin and using the pencil just below the eyelashes.

Repeat the same process for your left eye.

I recommended that you do not share eyeliner pencils or brushes so you don’t spread around eye infections. Eye makeup is one of the most sensitive types of makeup because it is the only makeup that touches your eyes and that makes it possible to have some eye infections.
